Nico was the most amazing person, made the best drinks and made us feel the Madrid experience. We will be back, 5 stars all round

We went in there a little bit confused about the two places right across from each other: Torcuato and Bianca. It was on the right. As we went inside through the glass doors, walking to the back of the rooftop TWICE, no one greeted or asked if we needed anything. We went to the bar, and asked a busboy or something for a table. We looked so confused at what he said and they still didn’t try to get what we wanted, a table or drinks. We were ignored. So weird.

The location is nice but the service is definitely horrible. I called to make a reservation for 10 people and after talking for 10 minutes with the staff they assured me I would have had a table and that the people I invited didn’t have to pay to get in. When I got there, they told me we didn’t have any table reserved and that everyone had to pay 15€ to get in. They even had my name on their reservations list but it was completely useless. On top of this nobody spoke English but only Spanish. Terrible experience

Really bad experience. Wrong drinks. Instead of giving us aperol spritz, they have one aperol and the rest some campari saying it was the same. Waiters are really unfriendly. Very bad experience. Not worth it at all
